This traditional Irish feast is the star of the season. Savor the thick-sliced corned beef brisket with cabbage, horseradish cream sauce, mashed potatoes with country gravy and seasonal vegetables.

Irish Benedict

A classic favorite with St. Paddy’s Day flair. We’ve topped an English muffin with our housemade shredded corned beef hash, two poached eggs and creamy Hollandaise sauce. Served with fresh fruit and your choice of country potatoes, strip-cut hash browns or grits.

Add a generous helping of perfectly seasoned corned beef brisket hash, one of our giant homemade biscuits, plus your choice of a side to 2 eggs, cooked your way, and you’ve got the perfect blend of breakfast savory.

On our menu all year, this sandwich deserves a callout for St. Paddy’s Week. Built with our tasty slow-roasted corned beef, piled high on grilled rye with Swiss cheese, loaded with sauerkraut & drizzled with our housemade Thousand Island dressing.
