The Owasso diner is just north of Tulsa, which is home to Black Bear Diner’s third Oklahoma restaurant.
Black Bear Diner offers classic meals for breakfast lunch and dinner including Cinnamon Roll French Toast, Bob’s Big Bear Burger and Wild Alaska Pesto Salmon.
