Black Bear Diner Valentine’s $100 GIFT CERTIFICATE SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VALENTINE’S $100 GIFT CERTIFICATE SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN TO LEGAL UNITED STATES RESIDENTS ONLY. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The VALENTINE’S $100 GIFT CERTIFICATE SWEEPSTAKES entry period begins at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on 2/11/2021 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PST on 2/17/2021.

Eligibility: VALENTINE’S $100 GIFT CERTIFICATE SWEEPSTAKES is offered only electronically via the Internet and is open to persons who are aged 18 years and older and legal residents of the United States. Individuals employed by or otherwise associated with Black Bear Diner (“Sponsor”), their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, independent agents, suppliers, officers and directors, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies and members of their respective immediate families and persons living in the same household, (defined as spouse, parents, grandparents, grandchildren, in-laws, children and siblings and their respective spouses) whether related or not to these individuals are not eligible to participate in the VALENTINE’S $100 GIFT CERTIFICATE SWEEPSTAKES. Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You may enter the VALENTINE’S $100 GIFT CERTIFICATE SWEEPSTAKES by posting a picture of your Valentine’s Day meal setup on our Facebook post. If you do not wish to post a photo, you may be entered by printing your name, street address, city, state, zip, telephone number, complete email address and 1. “VALENTINE’S $100 GIFT CERTIFICATE SWEEPSTAKES” on a 3” X 5” piece of paper and mailing to: Black Bear Diner Attn: Mktg P.O. Box 991850 • Redding, CA 96099-1850. Handwritten entries must be received by end of day 2/16/2021. Only one entry per email address is permitted. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Prize: Winner will receive a $100 Black Bear Diner gift card. No alternative prize, cash, or other substitution is permitted except by Sponsor in the event of prize unavailability. All federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

Selection of Winners: One winner will be randomly selected by 2/19/2021 from among all eligible entries received. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. The winners will be notified by email by 2/22/2021. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, or misdirected entry mail, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners.

Winner may be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility, and, where lawful, a publicity consent agreement, all within 10 days of acknowledged notification. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to timely return the completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries. Upon prize forfeiture, no other compensation will be given. By accepting and/or using prizes, winners agree to the use of their name, voice, and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account.

Conditions: By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final. Sponsor, Black Bear Diner, their respective agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (ii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the VALENTINE’S $100 GIFT CERTIFICATE SWEEPSTAKES to be disrupted or corrupted; (iv) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the VALENTINE’S $100 GIFT CERTIFICATE SWEEPSTAKES; or (v) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the VALENTINE’S $100 GIFT CERTIFICATE SWEEPSTAKES. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel VALENTINE’S $100 GIFT CERTIFICATE SWEEPSTAKES at any time if a computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or other technical problem of any sort corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the VALENTINE’S $100 GIFT CERTIFICATE SWEEPSTAKES. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole discretion, any person tampering with the entry process, operation of the survey website, or who is otherwise in violation of the rules.

By participating in the VALENTINE’S $100 GIFT CERTIFICATE SWEEPSTAKES, each participant agrees to release and hold Sponsor and Black Bear Diner and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of each, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the VALENTINE’S $100 GIFT CERTIFICATE SWEEPSTAKES or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

Black Bear Diner may utilize Facebook to promote VALENTINE’S $100 GIFT CERTIFICATE SWEEPSTAKES. The Participant understands and agrees that any such promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook.

Winners List and Official Rules: We would be pleased to demonstrate our VALENTINE’S $100 GIFT CERTIFICATE SWEEPSTAKES is legitimate. To obtain a copy of the VALENTINE’S $100 GIFT CERTIFICATE SWEEPSTAKES “Winner list” or a copy of these Official Rules, send your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Black Bear Diner/Marketing P.O.
