The opening marks Black Bear Diner’s 11th in the state and first in Southeast Portland, bringing its home-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner comfort food classics to the Portland community, including Corned Beef Hash, Beyond Burger, and Bigfoot Chicken Fried Steak.
